At Nexovia we only ask for the data we need to reply to your request. Here we explain what data we process, what for, and what your rights are.

What data we process and why

The data you send us through the form, WhatsApp, email or phone: your name, your email, your phone number if you give it to us, your business name, your website and anything you tell us about your project. We use it only to reply to you, prepare the audit you ask for and, if you wish, send you a proposal.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give when you send us your request. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request. If we don't end up working together, we delete it at most one year after our last contact.

Who we share it with

No one, for commercial purposes. To run the website we use providers that process data only on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts the website; Resend, which delivers what you send through the form to our inbox and sends our replies; ImprovMX, which receives emails sent to info@nexovia.es and forwards them to our inbox; and Google (Gmail), where we manage them. They may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, your message also travels through the service you choose.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to it by writing to info@nexovia.es. If you believe we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
